SPC is always interested in connecting with like-minded security professionals. The success and judgment of SPC will be attributable to a dedicated workforce comprised of motivated, reliable, individuals capable of working alone or as part of a team. Most of our team will comprise of former Libyan and European military or police officers with at least 10 years’ experience within their force and with at least 5 years’ experience in a private capacity.
However we are always interested in speaking to Libyan nationals who have no particular military or police experience but who are willing to take on a challenge particularly if they have language skills. We take care of our employees and believe that a comfortable working environment allows individuals to develop themselves and work to the best of their ability.
